Andrea Steffes-Tuttle is an entrepreneur, cultural anthropologist, and journalist specializing in employee experience and ownership culture. As Founder and Lead Researcher at the Well Economy Lab, she studies how shared ownership impacts economic security and worker engagement and helps companies and municipalities incorporate shared ownership into their strategic initiatives. Her award-winning journalism on labor and economic justice has appeared in leading publications, blending business insight with narrative craft. She brings her interdisciplinary perspective to public service as a commissioner on the State of Colorado’s Employee Ownership Commission, where she works to create a more equitable economy.
