With a background in storytelling, community-building, and change management, Cole works closely with leaders and subject matters experts to communicate complex topics in ways that resonate with employee owners from the office, city desk, warehouse and truck cab. Cole is passionate about collaborating with individuals of all perspectives and is driven to empower employee owners through clarity, empathy, and thoughtful messaging. He has previously volunteered with The ESOP Association, and now serves on the board for the recently established North Dakota Center for Employee Ownership.
