Lori Atone is the Learning and Development Director at TVF, a 100% employee-owned global textile distributor, an operating company of Empowered Ventures. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lori obtained a master’s degree in learning design from Purdue University and is passionate about empowering employee owners through education and professional development. Lori has been on TVF's Ownership & Engagement Board (OEB) for several years focusing on ESOP education, and is also one of the founding members of the NCEO’s Innovative Communication Coalition, a vibrant group that collaborates, creates, and shares engaging ESOP communication materials with other NCEO members.
