Keith served as CFO for Emery Sapp Construction (ESC) for
more than 22 years where he initiated and established the company’s ESOP. From 1999 to 2023, Keith
led the Executive Team through the ESOP debt payoff and guided the company through organic
growth, as well as seven key acquisitions..
Under Keith’s leadership, ESC flourished and grew from 100 employees and $18 million in annual
revenue in 1999 to over 2,400 employee owners and in excess of $1 billion in annual revenue by 2023.
Keith currently serves on the Board of ESS, Sargent Corporation and Griffith Company, all 100% owned ESOPs.
