Haydee Caldero is President of Project Ownership, where she advises employee-owned companies as a fractional CFO/COO—implementing best practices that drive revenue growth, profitability, and ESOP effectiveness. Earlier in my career, I founded Dignitas, a strategic advisory firm where I counseled over 100 middle-market companies on M&A, governance, and succession planning. I bring extensive expertise in aligning capital strategies with mission-driven growth. I serve on several boards, including TXI (Audit Chair), the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Illinois Employee Ownership Center. I previously served as a fiduciary trustee of the $3.8B Policemen’s Annuity & Benefit Fund of Chicago.
