Since 2022, Mark has served as President and CEO of Employee Owned Brands, a diversified group of businesses with 1,200 employees, and manufacturing plants throughout the Midwest. Prior to this, Mark spent nine years leading EOB’s portfolio company, Leer, manufacturer of the iconic slant front ice freezer.
Born in England, Mark began his employee ownership journey in 2000, with Gripple, a leading EO business headquartered in the UK, and set up their US manufacturing operations in Aurora IL in 2006. He also served as Chairman of Bock Water Heaters, overseeing their 2025 sale to fellow EO company Bradford White.
