Jermie graduated from the University of North Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He spent fourteen years working in Human Resources at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, seven years as the Director of Human Resources at Madison County, and the four three years as the Director of Human Resources for Inline Electric and Supply Company.
