Ted is a partner in the McDermott Will & Schulte law firm and Co-Chair of its national ERISA Litigation Team. He has special expertise relating to ESOPs. Ted has defended landmark lawsuits and investigations involving ESOPs. He represents ERISA and ESOP plan sponsor companies, directors and officers, shareholders, plan fiduciaries, administrators, financial advisors, and other service providers in a wide variety of matters, including DOL and IRS audits and investigations and lawsuits brought by plan participants and government agencies. Ted is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and serves on the NCEO Board of Directors.
