The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves frame how we decide to approach the world. The stories you tell about yourself as a leader often define what kind of leader you are and what kind of culture your company has. The stories you tell yourself about others can determine how you relate to them. How do we craft these stories, how do they go right, and how can they go wrong? This session will provide participants a chance to explore how to think about the stories we tell, how they can build your culture—or undermine it.
Learning Objectives:
Learn how the stories you tell about yourself shape your behavior for good and bad.
Learn how the stories you tell about your culture determine what that culture is.
Learn how the stories you tell about other people can shape the way you relate to them.
