Meredith is an educational resource for leveraged ESOP transactions, working with both internal and external partners to help clients, prospects and employee owners understand the ESOP opportunity. She helps clients with structuring Section 1042 portfolios and securing qualified replacement properties. Meredith is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Meredith is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and the ESOP Association. She was chosen to speak at the national conferences for both associations last year. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, and lives in suburban Chicago.
