Mickey Maier is the President and founder of Professional Fiduciary Services. He serves as an independent transactional fiduciary, ongoing trustee, co-trustee or board member for a number of ESOP companies. He has been actively involved in retirement planning, trust banking, investment advising and financial services businesses for more than thirty-five years. Mickey is an active member of National Center for Employee Ownership and The ESOP Association. Has spoken at countless state, regional and national conferences and published fiduciary and governance guidebooks. He served as Chair of The ESOP Association Fiduciary Committee for two years and is an emeritus committee member.
