Greg joined Chartwell as head of the firm’s corporate finance practice in 2010. His experience as a Managing Director spans both global investment banks and a full-size boutique. During his career, he's completed hundreds of transactions representing more than $100 billion in aggregate value, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, ESOP recapitalizations, and debt and equity financing in public and private capital markets. Prior to Chartwell, Greg was Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), responsible for middle-market M&A coverage, as well as ESOP advisory for the investment bank. Prior to BAML, Greg was Managing Director at ABN AMRO
