Alex Moss is Founding Principal of Praxis Consulting Group, Inc., where he advises employee-owned, nonprofit, and mission-driven corporate clients in engaging employees to drive organizational performance. He is a current/recent Independent Director on four ESOP company boards, chairing two. He is a Trustee of the Employee Ownership Foundation, and on the ESOP Task Force of the Private Directors Association. He is past member of the Boards of both NCEO and The ESOP Association (TEA). He is NACD Directorship Certified. Alex has chaired TEA's advisory committees on Fiduciary Issues and Ownership Culture, and he received TEA's Life Service Award in 2011.
