Anne Bushman leads RSM’s Compensation and Benefits group, where she researches, analyzes and addresses a variety of tax technical issues for both RSM and its clients, in the compensation area, including qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation agreements, equity , fringe benefits, executive compensation and a focus on ESOPs.
Anne has over 19 years of experience serving clients, both at RSM and a “Big 4”accounting firm, prior to becoming the leader of a federal tax advisory team. Anne has worked closely with businesses and individuals, guiding them in planning important business transactions and in complying with complex tax requirements and regulations.
