Tabitha Croscut is a shareholder and chair of the ESOP practice group at Devine, Millimet & Branch, with a national legal practice focused on ESOPs as ownership succession and employee compensation strategies. She counsels her clients regarding transactional, compliance and fiduciary issues with respect to their ESOP, and represents companies, sellers and internal and external trustees in connection with all things "ESOP" related. Tabitha serves as a director of the Vermont Employee Ownership Center, is also a member of the Board of Director's for Devine, Millimet, and is an NCEO member.
