Raam Jani is the Business Group leader in BakerHostetler’s Chicago office with more than 20 years of experience at the confluence of private equity and entrepreneurship. He advises private equity funds, independent sponsors, search funds on middle market acquisitions and sales and serves as outside general counsel to entrepreneur-led closely held businesses and emerging companies. He is a frequent national speaker at Search Fund Conferences and leading business schools and believes in the power of business to promote the common good. Raam holds a JD from Georgetown University and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
