Debra McGuire, FASAE, MBA, IOM, CAE is president & CEO of the Private Directors Association, the only association exclusively focused on improving private companies’ growth and sustainability through effective board governance. She served as a Director on the Medical Advantage Group Advisory Board, Michigan Primary Care Consortium Board, and Certification Board for the International Association for Strategy Professionals. Debra earned her MBA from Cornerstone University, BA from Michigan State University, Institute of Organizational Management credential at the University of Notre Dame and achieved Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives, where she was awarded Fellow distinction.
