Denise Herndon is the HR Director at Renkim Corporation, where she has served for three years. She brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, primarily in the non-profit sector, with a strong focus on people development and organizational effectiveness. New to the ESOP environment, Denise is actively building her knowledge by attending conferences, reading books and articles, and networking with industry professionals. She is committed to using what she learns to educate and support her fellow co-owners. Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree from Wayne State University.
