Eric Strebe is the Director of ESOP Consulting at ESOP Partners, responsible for exceeding clients' expectations through superior service and education during their journey to employee ownership. Eric has helped business owners realize their goal of transfering ownership of their company to the employees that helped it grow for nearly a decade. Previously, he spent time on management teams in the banking industry.
Eric earned a BA in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Concordia University-Wisconsin. He is currently a member of The NCEO and The ESOP Association.
