Prior to joining Merit Financial Advisors this year as an ESOP Trustee, Bryan was a Senior ESOP Administrator for an employee-owned company. With over nine years of experience in ESOP Administration, he has in-depth experience with complex plan design and compliance topics, including anti-abuse and nondiscrimination testing. He has worked with ESOP-owned companies of all sizes in all phases, from implementation to plan termination. Bryan is a credentialed member of the National Association of Plan Advisors and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and a recipient of ASPPA's Martin Rosenberg Academic Achievement Award.
