Brent Hutchings is the majority owner and CEO of North River Boats and Willie Boats, manufacturers of recreational, commercial and government boats, located in Southern Oregon. The company implemented an ESOP in 2016. Employees now own 37% of the company. Brent served as CEO of Pacific Coast Packaging Corp. from 1994-2003. He sold PCPC to a strategic buyer in 2003 and moved to New Zealand with his wife and three kids. They moved back to Oregon in 2005. Brent earned his MBA from Stanford in 1991, and a BA from Lewis and Clark College in 1984.
