Todd Young is a partner in Chicago office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. He focuses his practice in the areas of financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. His practice includes a particular focus on ESOP transactions, in which he represents trustees, plan sponsors, and lenders in a variety of matters. Todd has also acted as special counsel to ESOP Administrative Committees and boards of directors of ESOP companies. Todd received his A.B. degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
