Jim Gardner has served on the 3LS Board since 2016 and currently chairs its subsidiary, Omni Family of Services. With more than two decades of leadership in finance, operations, and strategic growth—including senior roles in banking and as CFO of a 40-store retail chain—Jim brings a grounded, real-world perspective to ESOP governance.
