Brian Wurpts has over twenty-five years of experience in ESOPs. He presently works for Waste Gas Fabricating Company which is 100% ESOP-owned since 2007. He has been involved with the Waste Gas ESOP since its inception - first as a transaction advisor and recordkeeper, and for the last six years as the Company’s controller & ESOP coordinator. Before Waste Gas, he led SES Advisor’s ESOP third party administration practice and then repurchase obligation and compliance consulting - working with more than 400 ESOPs. He holds an MBA from Villanova University.
