Strategic leadership is core to Marcy’s responsibilities as President and CEO of the Charleston Orwig Collective. She is a frequent facilitator of strategic workshops that help clients develop plans for brand management, marketing communications, sustainability, DEI and crisis management. She was one of three partners to transition the company to a 100 percent employee-owned ESOP in 2018. Marcy has recently been recognized by Titan 100 for the second consecutive year as one of Wisconsin's Top 100 C-level executives. The program awards the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.
