Petros Kusmu is the Founder & CEO of Alpine Vistas Capital – a team of committed entrepreneurs and investors focused on acquiring and growing privately-held businesses. Raised in Edmonton, Alberta, as the eldest son of Eritrean refugees Previously, Petros was the CEO of a $14M educational services organization with over 300 employees, eight businesses, and 31,000 clients. As a Senior Manager at (Monitor) Deloitte, he sold and led multi-million dollar consulting engagements on corporate strategy, transformations, and operations improvement across the healthcare, transportation, and energy industries. At Harvard, Petros actively contributes to research on employee ownership.
