Tom is a founder of Stokastique, an actuary, and also led and was a member of an ESOP for over 20 years. As CEO of Nyhart, he acquired actuarial firms throughout the United States in order to expand Nyhart’s presence and capitalize on the S Corporation ESOP status of the firm. He has B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, M.A. in Actuarial Science from Ball State University, Ph.D in Business from Oklahoma State University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He also serves on 3 ESOP Boards.
