Drew Mousetis is the Executive Director of Tandem, a nonprofit that helps companies design and implement direct employee ownership and profit-sharing solutions. He works closely with business owners and advisors to build practical ownership structures that support long-term growth and shared success. Drew developed his experience as a lead consultant and employee owner at Cargas Systems and previously worked in public accounting and nonprofit finance leadership. He holds a BA in Accounting from Penn State and an MBA from Elizabethtown College, and is a co-author of the NCEO publication Direct Employee Ownership: Building a Culture and Legacy of Shared Success.
