At the end of 2023, Daniel Goldstein retired as CEO and President of Folience, a 100% ESOP-owned holding company and started Go ESOP LLC. Daniel is a seasoned executive leader and experienced Board member with over 30 years of managing and advising employee-owned and family-owned companies on complex issues, including business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, direct investments, capital and entity structuring, portfolio design, real estate, teambuilding, culture, governance, and long term sustainability. Daniel serves on the Board of the NCEO and served for many years on the Boards of The ESOP Association, Employee Ownership Foundation, and EOX.
