He specializes in designing and delivering leadership development and organizational effectiveness solutions for a variety of industries including manufacturing, health care, finance, retail, defense, higher education, and non-profits. Mark's passion is partnering with clients to co-create high impact solutions that build sustainable thriving cultures. He is especially grateful for the 15 years of providing leadership and supervisory development, executive coaching, process facilitation and organizational health consulting to employee owners. Mark lives in New Hampshire with his wife, three kids and golden-lab Bella.
