For over a decade, Jennifer Krieger has provided valuation analyses for clients in a wide range of industries. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst with experience valuing businesses for employee stock ownership plans, financial reporting compliance, tax compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in finance from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas. She is proud to be the Co-Chair of the Texas Center for Employee Ownership and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Valuation Advisory Committee of The ESOP Association.
