Peter DeLong is an executive director in the ESOP Advisory Group. He helps the bank evaluate ESOP transactions and finance ESOP-owned companies.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he was an associate in Houlihan Lokey's Healthcare Group where he advised on M&A transactions . Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he was an Associate with Chartwell where he helped execute ESOP transactions and capital raises.
Peter received degrees in Finance & History from Miami University (Ohio) and holds a J.D./M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University . Peter is licensed by FINRA and is an active member of the NCEO and TEA.
