As a director at Ventura, Michael is responsible for all aspects of client relationships. He leads and supports ESOP transactions from the trustee side alongside financial and legal advisors. He also leads trustee responsibilities for ongoing clients, such as the annual valuation update.
Michael is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers.
Prior to joining Ventura in 2025, Mike spent over 10 years at boutique investment banking and business valuation firm. He was responsible for project leadership and execution on mergers & acquisitions, ESOP transactions, and other investment banking and valuation assignments.
