Patrick has worked at Metcalf Archaeological Consultants for 30 years, beginning as a field technician and working his way up to project manager and principal investigator and board member. Patrick served as Board Chair at Metcalf leading up to and throughout the company's recent acquisition by Terracon. He has first-hand experience of every step of the acquisition process and was guided by his previous experience as an internal trustee and ESOP administrator for Metcalf. In addition to working for Metcalf, Patrick is an external, independent board member for the Four Sea Group, a 100% employee-owned company.
