Natasha is a civil litigator focusing on ERISA litigation and DOL investigations involving ESOPs, 401(k) plans, and health benefit plans. She has litigated cases against the U.S. Secretary of Labor and private plaintiffs in federal and state courts across the country and guided clients through DOL investigations run out of numerous regional offices. Natasha complements her advocacy practice by serving as a Panel Member for the American Arbitration Association. As an arbitrator, she focuses on employment (pension/ERISA), consumer, and general healthcare disputes.
