Second, he founded the nationally recognized ESOP consulting firm ESI Equity (his partners acquired the Company in 2018). Today he serves on a portfolio of ESOP companies as an independent Board member. He has published extensively in books and professional journals and is frequently invited to speak at ESOP conferences. He is an acknowledged valuation expert in Federal Court.
