SCIPI is the Parent Company of 4 Subsidiaries: North Central Bus & Equipment, Sunburst Memorials, Parts Midwest, & Vehicle Personalization of Canada. SCIPI is a Mature ESOP experiencing significant growth over the past 5-7 years and is consistently monitoring cash and Repurchase Obligation.
