Angie Hoover joined the ESOP world in 2015 when she began work at CarePro Health Services as their Chief HR Officer. After the transition of CarePro to a holding company, she became the Chief Operating Officer of Rayser Holdings, Inc. She manages human resources, marketing, compliance, and information technology for a shared support services model for Rayser’s portfolio of companies. Angie currently serves as the Iowa/Nebraska ESOP Chapter President and is passionate about employee ownership and what it can do for employees and company culture in any industry.
