Jason Bolt, CFA, is an Executive Director with the ESOP Advisory Group at J.P. Morgan. He is responsible for providing initial ESOP education and helping companies understand common ESOP funding structures, and he advises on mature ESOP issues, including repurchase obligation strategies and mergers & acquisitions. Jason collaborates with bankers and credit teams to assess the financial health of organizations, evaluate risk, and develop appropriate structures for funding ESOP transactions. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Jason managed valuations with a focus on buy-side ESOP transactions, estate planning, and litigation support.
