Julie Govreau is General Counsel of GreatBanc Trust Company. She manages all legal and compliance matters for GreatBanc. Prior to joining GreatBanc, Ms. Govreau worked as an investigator for the DOL and defended ESOP clients in precedent-setting ERISA litigation as a senior associate at Faegre Drinker and Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP. Ms. Govreau has served as President of the Illinois Chapter of the ESOP Association and Chairperson of the Legal & Regulatory Committee. Ms. Govreau helps support her community by serving as President of the St. Charles North High School PTO.
