In this session you'll learn the tools and techniques the company uses for strategic visioning, planning, and execution. The presentation will cover how they have blended The Great Game of Business, 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) into their operations. They will also demonstrate how they use AI in their strategic planning.
