One of the main focuses an employee-owner should have is how to make the business better, in whatever way is needed. As our company experiences vigorous growth, we wanted to provide a way for and encourage our people to make their voices heard . We are rolling out an ideas app which allows every person the platform to speak up and get their ideas for efficiency, effectiveness, better communication, and improved operations out there easily. We'll talk through the process of finding the right platform and the outcomes we hoped to achieve, as well as the progress we've seen and some of the lessons we've learned through the first six months.
