Employee-owners want to feel seen and heard in their work, but finding ways to build feedback loops can be challenging. In this session, we'll explore best practices for soliciting feedback from employee-owners and work through how to turn that feedback into action. Attendees will have the opportunity to take an engagement survey in real time and will work in small groups to create a template for assessing their strengths and opportunities.
