The Large Workforce ESOP Company Network offers executive leaders of ESOP companies (with 1,000+ employees) a dedicated peer forum to explore and address the scale-specific complexities of large employee ownership. This cohort focuses on issues such as repurchase obligations, asset management, leadership development, governance, risk, succession, and cultivating an ownership culture that works across multiple sites and thousands of employees. By bringing together peers from similarly sized organizations, the group enables sharing of high-leverage practices, thinking through trade-offs, and leaving with strategic insights tailored for large ESOP contexts.
